The high-tech CRKT Tactical Pen Tao 2 Black is a sleek and futuristic design from seasoned knifemaker Allen Elisewitz. With a solid background in self-defense, Elishewitz is no stranger to tactical design. Deceptively simple, the Tao has three levels of self-defense built into its 5.3" frame, including an impact crown on the cap, a pointed pen butt, and sharp pen tip. The pen, made with the NASA-developed Fisher Space Pen ball point cartridge, is capable of writing in extreme temperatures, at any angle, and underwater. Materials include an anodized aluminum frame and stainless steel pocket clip.
